A new President of the Archery Federation of Almaty has been appointed.

In Almaty, a meeting of the Archery Federation was held with the support of the President of the National Archery Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Azamat Yesentaiuly Usymbekov.

The event was attended by the Head of the Sports Department of Almaty Darkhan Nurkhanuly and the Secretary General of the National Archery Federation of Kazakhstan Yesset Baitasov.

A special guest of the meeting was the Head of the Sports Department of Almaty Darkhan Nurkhanuly, who together with participants wished success to the newly appointed federation president.

Following the meeting, Maksat Shamsuddinovich Abdullayev was elected as the new President of the Almaty City Archery Federation.

Key priorities were defined, including the development of archery in the region, athlete support, and preparation of competitive archers for international events.

Maksat Shamsuddinovich Abdullayev studied at the International Business University and Almaty Humanitarian and Technical University, as well as in the fields of Information Technology, Public and Local Administration, and Law. He is currently engaged in private entrepreneurship.
